What is being done about residents who do not pay their annual HOA dues?
Fortunately, Senators Ridge has a relatively low non-payment rate. This is one area where our covenants do provide remedies. Heritage handles the collection and enforcement process for us. Remedies in this area include an initial referral to a collection agency. If the agency is unsuccessful in collecting the debt, the matter is referred to an attorney, who places a lien against the property. This means that the debt WILL ultimately be paid, however, it may not happen until the owner sells their property.
