What is better, formulas/tincture or capsules/tablets?
A. Very often tinctures are better because this delivers the plants bio-chemistry almost immediately because it’s uptake by the blood stream is almost instant whereas capsules and tablets need to be processed by the stomach and this can delay the uptake and some of the biochemistry may not be able to be properly assimilated in this way either.
