What is Bitesize?
Bitesize allows a flexible, menu based approach, to developing Leadership and Management skills. It translates recognised concepts and thinking into practical tools that can be applied immediately. In simple terms the programme equips participants with the necessary behaviours and skills to impact on performance; what’s more this is done in a very concise programme which can be as short as half a day! Who is Bitesize for? Bitesize has a programme relevant to all levels of management from team leaders through to senior executives. Bespoke in house programmes for organisations can be delivered for as little as 6-8 people or alternatively public events are held frequently for those organisations wanting to invest for just a few of their key people.
