Hawaii Brioche is a French bread, rich in butter and eggs. You may want to try asking for a durum wheat flour called semolina instead--which may be "00" flour's more common name. Most good pasta is made from semolina. Durum wheat is more coarsely ground than normal wheat flours, a result that is often obtained by sifting out the finer flour.
