What is BUBBS (Firstclass)?
Your BUBBS account is your email account at Biola. If you are a new student, you can find out your BUBBS account information by clicking on the [Password] link at the top of the main Portal page, or choose “Change Password” from the Portal’s Launch Menu. If you do not see it, then you can contact the IT Help Desk for more help. Your Bubbs login is your Biola ID without preceeding zeros. Your Bubbs password is NOT the same as your Portal password. Once you are logged in, you may change your Bubbs password by clicking on the Collaborate menu and selecting Change Password. FirstClass Client is the default mail application used by the University to access BUBBS (Biola University Bulletin Board System). BUBBS is an online community of Biola students, staff, faculty and alumni.
