What is buyer rating?
When an Auction closes, both the buyer and seller receive an email notice. This email message includes a URL for the web page of the closed Transaction. On that page, the buyer and seller can rate one another and post feedback. If you no longer have the email notice, you can rate the buyer or seller by returning to the web page of the closed Transaction through Leave Feedback Page.
