Caller ID allows you to see the number and, if available, the name of the incoming caller. You can then decide whether or not to answer the call. If you choose not to answer the call, the caller will be forwarded directly to your voice mail.

Caller ID allows you to see the number and, if available, the name of the incoming caller. You can then decide whether or not to answer the call. If you choose not to answer the call, the caller will be forwarded directly to your voice mail. Note: Special equipment is required to take advantage of Caller ID. Comcast does not provide this equipment. Some types of calls cannot be displayed with Caller ID.
