Our shipping department here at Caracol Cream takes great pride in their abilities to ship out every order, quickly and efficiently. The majority of orders placed before 2pm (PST) will be shipped out from our warehouse (which is located in California) before the end of the day, other wise they will be shipped out the next business day. Once shipped, orders shipping to addresses within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes) take approx. 3-7 business days to arrive.
