What is Category QA?
The role of a Category QA is to determine whether the category and subcategory for any given title are correct or incorrect. The category of a Demand Media title is critically important for several reasons. Categories determine how we distribute content to appropriate destinations, how we match creators with relevant assignments, and how we program many of our sites. For these and other reasons, every title we create at Demand Media must have an accurate category.
