Well I can tell you it is certainly not chlamydia. It could be an allergic reaction to something which we call contact dermatitis. You said it only happens when you use your lipstick? Maybe you are allergic to one of the components of the lipstick. Also consider any other soaps, lotions, makeup etc. that you use especially if you started using it around the time these lesions appeared. You can try to avoid these products and see if your lesions resolve. It could also be cold sores caused by the herpes simplex virus. It usually produces groups of fluid filled blisters.
