What is causing tingling in my fingers and toes sporatically, along with weakness in my right arm?

Hi – I am a mature baby boomer going through quite a bit of stress right now and am taking medication for depression – from Cymbalta to Prestiq and not happy with the side affects. Anxiety seems to be raising its ugly head and I am concerned about the tingling. I DO know I need to get better support for my ankles and soles (alighment issue) and also lose some weight! AAARRRGH! I am working on eating better, healthier and starting to work out with weights plus Pilates next week. Thank you for your advice.
