What is CCP Management Training?
CCP Management Training is a course sponsored by the Department for agencies that have received a Service Provider Certification. It must be completed before a Provider Agreement can be executed with the Department. NOTE: Agencies may also attend optional training offered by the CCP provider associations or other entities. This training is not required for certification but will be helpful to those applicants new to the CCP.
