What is Chartwell REITs cash distribution policy?
The current policy of Chartwell is to pay distributions of $0.06167 per unit to the holders thereof on a monthly basis. The declaration and payment of future distributions is subject to the discretion of the Board of Trustees and will be dependent upon a number of factors including forecasts and budgets, results of operations, requirements for capital expenditures and working capital, future financial prospects of the Trust, debt covenants and obligations, and any other factors deemed relevant by the Board of Trustees.
