What is Chinas opinion on the issue of exploitation of African countries by industrialized countries?

Surely you mean what is the opinion of industralized countries about China’s exploitation of Africa? China is progressively making inroads into exploiting Africa’s natural resources in return for cheap Chinese goods and the odd new school and road. China realised that they will need more oil, gas and metals to keep up their economic development. They realised that their advantage over the Western countries is that they have stated they will not ask questions about the political situations and operate only on a business level without any ethical questions. There are now 1 million Chinese working in Africa. I suspect that the long term aim is to shift the production of low quality goods from China to Africa so the Chinese can concentrate on a more high-tech level of production – which is what happened in Japan and Taiwan in the 1980’s.
