Courtesy Pay is a service that honors payments against FFFCU checking accounts when there are not sufficient funds available to cover the payments, allowing the account to overdraw rather than returning the items unpaid. There is a fee for each item that is paid by Courtesy Pay. See the full Courtesy Pay Disclosure for more details.

Courtesy Pay is a service that adds a measure of protection to your personal checking account. Courtesy Pay may, at the credit unions sole discretion, cover your insufficient funds items, up to your approved limit, for one low fee per covered overdraft transaction. That means, instead of returning an item to the merchant because of insufficient funds, the credit union may pay the item, saving you additional charges from the merchant collection companies, in addition to the credit unions insufficient funds fee. It saves you the embarrassment an inadvertent overdraft can cause. It also helps protect your credit rating.
