What Is Creative Shop Talk?
Creative Shop Talk opened on January 16, 2008. We got started with the forum idea by the admin who had spent 3 years running a independent shopping cart and learning all the “stuff” required to understand not only the shopping cart functions but the whole world of online business. While searching for information out there to learn marketing, SEOs, payment gateways, hosting, website maintenance including CSS, HTML, JavaScript, I found a ton of info in a lot of different places. Much of the info I found was run and provided by paid services programmers. This is a good thing and we certainly need it. You can find a lot of info out there provided by service providers who run community forums and there are a number of them to choose from. What I noticed missing was there was not an easy bridge or transition out there for people who spent quite a bit of time selling on venues such as Ebay, and were seeking solutions outside of Ebay.
