This is any fraud that can be on behalf of a business directed against a client. But now, this can be refuted and companies like PissedConsumer are now defending consumer rights on the Internet.

Customer fraud is something very popular nowadays, and it can happen to anyone, but the elderly and young adults are targeted more often than other age groups. Sometimes we don’t even notice that we were deceived, and sometimes it’s even harder to prove that. I was the victim of a driver’s license fraud when I lost my wallet.
