Generally Speaking, Li-ion/Polymer cells will retain 80% of their original capacity after 400 cycles. A cycle is further defined as a full charge (4.2V) followed by a full discharge (2.8V). Cycling or storing the cells are elevated temperatures will reduce the cell capacity and cycle life. conversely, storing cells discharged and at low temperatures will extend the shelf life of these batteries.
