Acai is a deep purple fruit that is harvested in South America mainly Brazil. Acai is makes up 42% of the diet in the Amazon region of Brazil. Glucomannan is a water soluble fiber from the Konjac root. Glucomannan can absorb up to 200 times its weight in water. It expands in your stomach giving you the feeling that you are full.
