What is Definitive Reflections Cancellation policy?
We require a minimum engagement of 5 days service, (although we do recommend to stay on the programme for two weeks to experience maximum results.) Your Client Service Manager will remind you towards the end of your programme and you can simply renew your order or pause and resume at a later stage. 72 hours notice prior to delivery should be given to cancel an order, and this is not chargeable, however should an order be cancelled within 72 hours of delivery, you will be eligible to pay a cancellation fee anything up to the total cost of that day’s food.
