Customers living in one of the selected postcodes, aged between 18 and 60, and receiving: • Income Support; or • Incapacity Benefit (have made a new or repeat claims on or after 26 April 2004) • are required to attend work-focused interviews, usually at quarterly intervals, with a personal adviser. • If customers receive additional benefit in respect of a partner and are claiming: • Jobseekers Allowance (Income Based); • Income Support; • Incapacity Benefit; or • Severe Disablement Allowance their partner is also required to attend work-focused interviews.
