a. Available with InteliPhone Hosted PBX Service, Direct Inward Dial allows callers to access your extension directly without going through a menu. Your extension will be assigned its own personal Local or Toll-Free number. Callers dialing your DID number will route according to your existing instructions — to either of your phone numbers or to your voice mailbox according to your extension Business Hours.
