What is Disposition Court?
Disposition Court is a special courtroom, set up in Wake County, North Carolina, specifically to resolve cases for drivers who wish to plead guilty in their cases. The courtroom is scheduled from 7:45 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday through Friday, in Courtroom 2A, on the second floor of the Wake County Courthouse in Raleigh, North Carolina. The judge in Disposition Court will not try your case and is able to accept only guilty pleas. Any contested cases will be continued to the citing officer’s regular court date.
