• This is the feature that allows customer to have their company files stored onto BizWeb portal. Document Storage is bundled together with email space. E.g. 250MB is shared between email and document storage. • Once the document is saved on BizWeb, the document is hosted by SingNet. Customer can access these documents, anytime, anywhere, as long as there is Internet connectivity • Customer (admin function) can upload files to the "Public" folders to allow all within the company to access the document, e.g. HR policy, claim forms, published price list, product catalogues. • Individual user can have documents stored in the "Private Folder" and have these documents shared with selected members of the same company. E.g. sales to access quotation archives only.
