• Increased the number of reasons for which we will remove negative and neutral Feedback in Unpaid Item cases. • Developed a seller reporting hub to make it easier for sellers to file reports against buyers who violate eBay policies. • Developed referral reports to identify Feedback manipulation. • Increased customer support staff to address member reports. Since the Feedback the changes were implemented in MayMay, 2008, we have more than doubled the amount of negative Feedback removed based on seller reports of policy violations by buyers.
