What is Elsevier Australias return policy?
Elsevier Australia reserves the right to refuse the return of a product in a number of circumstances when it does not arrive in a mint or resaleable condition, eg, titles damaged in return transit, soiled, scuffed or with torn pages, corners bent, price markings not removed etc. Products that are shrink-wrapped must be in their original unbroken condition. Electronic Product will only be accepted for return if the item is faulty. Titles containing Electronic product will not be accepted for return if the packaging for the electronic component is/or has been unsealed. Freight or courier charges covering returns to Elsevier Australia or from Elsevier Australia (as a result of a return being refused) will be the responsibility of the customer. In order to avoid lost shipment claims, proof of dispatch will be required of the customer. When a return is due to an Elsevier Australia error, we will pay the freight charges only on the carrier nominated by Elsevier Australia.Claims must be made
