What is equivalency determination?
Equivalency determination is our process of determining if your international organization meets the same requirements as a US 501(c)3. By completing due diligence process, international organizations can create a non-profit 501(c)3 presence in the US. Donations made through GlobalGiving are eligible for tax deductions. So while this due diligence process may seem time consuming, it is easier and less expensive than creating your own 501(c)3.
