Hi Emily and welcome to the Slimming World thread. To answer your question: yes you can eat loads on SW and still lose weight. Look at the lists of foods in both Green and Original plans and try to have some Speed foods (marked S or SS) each day. That will help to speed your weight loss. The main thing to remember is that you can have a huge bowl of pasta (on a green day) but it should be accompanied by the at least the same amount of free veggies. The same applies on red, you can pile your plate up with free meat or fish but should have an equal amount of free veg.or more. If you have joined a class I’d advise you to read the book from cover to cover as it explains Food Optimising really well. The regular posters on this thread are a friendly lot and we all keep each other going. You’ll find loads of support and advice here.
