What is Forth Computer Language?

0

Forth is a computer language developed by Chuck Moore and named forth for forth programming generation language on 3rd generation hardware, namely the IBM 1130. The IBM 1130 only allowed five characters for any file name so thus the name Forth instead of Fourth. Forth was orginally designed to automate telescopes. Still today Forth is used to automate appliances and servers as a BIOS replacement in both Apple Macs and SUN workstations.
