What is Golf Towns Return Policy?
Golf Town wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and our Return Policy reflects that. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 30 days from ship date for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned with the original invoice or receipt and in their original condition, including any packaging. This means clubs must be unused and clothes must be unworn. Refunds will be processed via the method used for payment. In addition, please contact Golf Town by email: customerservice@golftown.com within five days of receipt of product for a return authorization number. Please note: We will not reimburse the return shipping costs and we strongly suggest you insure the item when shipping. Any refund or exchange will be for the original price paid, minus original insurance and shipping & handling charges.
