For charges billed on or after July 1, 2011, the UCC percentage will be equal to the quarterly USF contribution factor established by the FCC and in effect for that bill period. The 3rd Quarter UCC factor will decrease to 14.4%%. The applicable quarterly contribution factor can also be found on the FCC’s Contribution Factors & Quarterly Filings Site.
