Fruit parfait,fruit salad,apple dippers,Grilled chicken salad.Theres not alot that is healthy from McDonald’s that is the eating capital for obese americans.As for things to drink McDonald’s fruit smoothies,orange juice,apple juice,water and that’s about it for that.Theres nothing wrong with crispy chicken salad but grilled is better for you because it is not greasy. Going out to eat when you are pregnant can be very tough because going out to eat ay where is hard to find healthy foods besides salads.The best place to eat when pregnant is at your own home where you can prepare your own low fat meals.It is okay to treat your self every now and then though so don’t think that eating out once a month or once every two months is going to make you over weight.
