What is Holistic problem solving?
Holistic means that all aspects of the human being are addressed. Transformational Expansion uses holistic as part of a systems approach that considers the whole to be more than just the sum of its parts. The whole is composed not only of its parts but also of the relationship between parts, which is just as important as the parts themselves. This means that any change in one of the parts will change the relationships with other parts and therefore impact all of the parts as well as the whole. Holistic problem solving means that each subsystem, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, is presumed to have both information regarding problems or imbalances as well as information helpful in finding solutions. A problem which appears to be located in one subsystem may sometimes be best addressed by looking for information and solutions in other subsystems. For example, physical symptoms are important information sources in identifying imbalances not only in the physical realm but perhaps
