What is Honghua Groups History?
Honghua Group Limited., which was registered in the Cayman Islands, has been listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange since March 2008 (Stock Code: HK00196). Sichuan Honghua Petroleum Equipment Co., Ltd, as the principal affiliate company of Honghua Group Ltd., was established in 1997. At the beginning, we were only a smaller land rig manufacturer. In the past ten years, we have achieved a great progress to become a leading global land drilling rig provider. Leveraging on its advantages, Honghua is entering offshore drilling and oilfield engineering service market and extending its upstream and downstream value chain.
