What is involved in a position as a Team Leader?
The team leaders main focus is the same as a casual team member, but must also have the ability to lead, motivate and encourage the team to be sales orientated. A team leaders role also includes the daily running of the store including the opening and closing procedures, merchandising of stock to achieve sales budgets, must have a good understanding of business operations, be creative and most importantly think outside the box.
