What is Italy known for?

Good cuisine, art, the renaissance, sports cars (Ferrari, Lamborghini, Maserati to name a few), motorcycles (Ducati and Aprilia), fashion (Gucci, Armani, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, etc.), the ancient Romans, soccer, good wine, classical music/opera (Verdi, Puccini, etc.), friendly people, etc. I've been living in Italy for 8 years now.  more
