This has recently become a hot topic due to Amazon Go, but basically, it is a system that allows you to shop, edit your basket, basically do everything as if you were actually in the supermarket, until it is time to checkout. At which time, everything will be prepared for you and available for pickup from the store.
Just walk out technology is being developed in different types in the world. It comes from a type of delivery system for example deliveries to your car or home etc. But this new technology lets you go into a store, pick up the things u need and then just walk out. The payment handels itself and it could save a lot of time stuck in the cashiers waiting for your turn.
