Maintaining maintenance and matriculation allows you to maintain an active NYU ID card and use NYU facilities without being enrolled in classes at NYU. However, you will be required to pay student services fees. Masters degree candidates must complete at least 3 credits each year or pay a maintenance fee of $300 plus registration and services fees for the academic year. All credits must be completed within six years from the date of matriculation. Contact Registration Services, Pless Hall, 2nd Floor, 998-5055, for additional information. Please note that Maintenance of Matriculation may be waived for one out of two semesters within an academic year as long as the student is registered for maintenance or a 3-credit course in the preceding or following semester.
