They have a strange friendship. Manson doesn’t hate her, but he doesn’t like her. He has respect for her for going through a hard life of drugs and alcohol and managing to make a career out of it. Hole left the tour not because of personal reasons between her and Manson. They left because the crowd wasn’t responding well to Hole. Unless you count throwing crap at her and booing her off-stage as responding well.
