What Is Marinated Garlic?
Marinated Garlic is the marrying of raw garlic cloves, vinegar, spices, other seasoning, and heating them together to bring about a process that will cook the garlic cloves yet allow the nutritional value to remain. I love garlic and enjoy eating and cooking with it. It can be prepared in many different ways just for the fun of it. Before I ever tried marinated garlic, the skeptic in me said, “What can you do to garlic to give it flavor, and not make your breath smell bad”? The first time I tried marinated garlic I knew it was something special just from the excellent taste that came from eating a piece of marinated garlic and yet not having the over whelming horrible taste that I was use to when eating garlic. I immediately knew that something was different but couldn’t understand what the difference was, until I began to understand that the garlic that I tasted had a sweet, pleasant, aromatic zing that could not be explained.
