What is Mediation Skills Training?
The Center for Conflict Resolution’s (CCR) 40-hour Mediation Skills Training is designed to provide the basic techniques needed to mediate disputes as well as to complement the skills used by participants in their current occupations. The training focuses on the negotiation and communications skills used by mediators to move effectively through the stages of the mediation process.
