What is more harmful rolling tobacco or normal cigarettes?
Rolling your own is less harmful. You can control how much tobacco goes in, and you’d be hard pressed to get as much tobacco in a hand rolled cigarette as one produced commercially. Also, the tobacco companies fortify the tobacco in commercial cigarettes with extra nicotine. The only advantage to a commercial cigarette is that some of them have filters to remove some of the tars from the smoke.
