Your card number is the 16-digit number that appears on your Citibank Credit Card or Citicard (ATM/EFTPOS card). Your Code/PIN (ATM PIN) is the Personal Identification Number issued with your card. Your card and PIN will be verified for security when you register to use Citibank Online. Your CitiPhone Banking Self Service Telephone PIN (TPIN) will not work with Citibank Online as it is used in Telephone Banking.
