What is my wrecked car worth to an auto salvage yard?

I wouldn't expect anything for it. I know that in the area I live in or further into the country/ quebec there are a lot of mechanics who own garages and buy cars just like this to fix up and resell. I would go try and find something like that first since they may give you upwards of 300-500 for it. You would need to cover towing though if they don't have their own truck. (In all honesty though a towing fee isn't much) However here is a list of things you could probably salvage yourself and are all very easy to take off the car.
