We request a copy of the conveyance document (normally an Assignment and Bill of Sale) that has been recorded in the applicable county records. Also, we will need the taxpayer identification number (TIN) of the transferee (or social security number if an individual is the transferee). IRS Form W-9 may be used to provide this number.
