The home should be ready to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives. Unique properties may require additional time. Are there any security issues that need to be addressed with the seller? This should be worked out prior to the appointment time with the Photographer. If possible, the photographer will avoid portraits, electronic equipment, etc.; however, any personal items of concern or valuables of concern should be removed. What is needed to cancel an appointment and are there any fees associated with this? There is no charge if an appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance.
