Normal use (as defined under Izzy Design Chairs) is wear and tear that occurs during a 40-hour work week (8 hours day) when the product is used by a person weighing 250 pounds or less. When products are subject to use that exceeds the normal use stipulated by their warranty, the chair is warranted for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
