A. In general, long-term care insurance, life insurance, and disability insurance are not covered by GINA. Also not covered are the United States military (or the Tricare military health system), veterans' health care administered by the Veterans' Administration, the Federal Employees Health Benefits Plan, or the Indian Health Service.
