Because we work with thousands of vacation rentals, refund policies vary. The refund policy for a specific property is displayed clearly for you during the booking process, before you make any commitments or are charged anything. You may not be entitled to a full refund if you are within 30 days or less of your stay, so read all cancellation policies carefully. Once you have booked a property, the cancellation policies are also sent to you in an email for your records.
