What is our Damages and Returns Policy?
Returns are only accepted if authorised by us as the supplier but only in the event that the goods are unfit for their primary use or are not of merchantable quality and are notified to us in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of goods by you. Goods may only be returned by a carrier approved by us. If a shipment arrives with obvious damage to cartons, please note it on the freight bill or reject delivery. In the event that a return of goods is accepted by us, we will provide you with a credit note for the value of the order less the freight chargeable to and from you.
